2. Fee Structure

Ikashi's fee structure adheres to SEBI's regulatory framework.

Maximum Fee Limit

As per SEBI guidelines, a maximum cap of ₹1,51,000 per family per year applies to Research Analyst services.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are collected on a prepaid basis as per mutually agreed service plans
  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where SEBI suspends/cancels our registration

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if Ikashi's RA registration is suspended/cancelled by SEBI. Otherwise, fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. Client Eligibility

Eligible Clients

  • Individual retail investors
  • High-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Corporate/Institutional entities (subject to approval)

Geographic Scope

Services are offered only to Indian residents.

Minimum Age

Clients must be 18 years or older.

Mandatory KYC

PAN, Aadhaar, Address proof may be required.
