Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Ikashi Fintech Private Limited (“Ikashi”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000020509).

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, payment gateways (including Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.), and any other official payment channels. Ikashi offers research and educational services on a subscription basis.

1. No Cancellation Policy

Once a subscription or service plan has been purchased, cancellations are not permitted. All subscriptions are deemed final and cannot be withdrawn, paused, or modified.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Ikashi are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Client dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Perceived lack of service relevance
  • Partial usage or non-usage of services
  • Accidental or duplicate payments from the client’s end

We do not provide:

  • Full refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Pro-rata refunds
  • Credit notes or service extensions

This policy aligns with the nature of digital research services where content delivery begins immediately upon purchase.

3. Regulatory Exception

Only Condition Where Refund is Possible

A refund will be processed only if SEBI suspends or cancels our Research Analyst registration. In such a scenario:

  • A pro-rata refund may be issued for the remaining unused subscription period.
  • Refund timelines and methods will follow SEBI guidelines.

This is the only condition under which refunds are permitted.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error:

  • You must notify us by email with proof of the transaction.
  • After verification, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

5. Service Delivery Failure

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased services:

  • We will resolve the issue within 3–7 working days.
  • Non-technical issues (e.g., email filtering, spam, device problems) are not grounds for refunds.

6. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Raising unwarranted chargebacks (fraudulent disputes) is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Access to all services may be immediately suspended
  • Account may be permanently banned
  • We may submit proof of delivery to the payment gateway or bank
